What is the menopause?
An introduction with Petra Coveney.

In this webinar, Petra looks at the Victorian origins of the medical term ‘Menopause’ that led to doctors negatively pathologising this stage of a woman's life. She updates these narrow definitions and explains when and why people have a menopause.

What is Menopause Yoga?
An overview

Menopause Yoga combines western medical science with eastern wellbeing practices under an umbrella of women’s education and empowerment.

In this webinar, Petra Coveney covers the key components of this unique approach to supporting people with menopause symptoms - and she reframes post menopause positively as a woman’s Second Spring.
